Delete your account in our app

Our app, by VENOM BEE LIMITED, works without an account. If you signed in, you can delete your account in our app yourself or ask us by email.

In the app

1. Open our app and go to the Me tab.
2. Open Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. The app may ask you to sign in once more the same way.

To also erase your progress from the phone you are using, tick Also erase progress from this phone before you confirm.

By email, without the app

Write to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to our app, or name that address and how you sign in (Apple, Google or email) in the message.

What is deleted

• The copy of your marks, milestones and settings kept on our servers.
• Your board membership, your circle and its invitations.
• Your sign-in with Apple, Google or email.

What stays

Progress stored on a phone stays on that phone, and our app keeps working there without an account, unless you erase it in the app or remove the app.
